On Dr. Oz's March 12 show, he gave his 10 commandments of weight loss. Number 3 was,
Thou shall not eat meat that walks on 4 legs more than once a week.
There is less unsaturated fat in animals that walk on 2 legs or that don't have any legs.
Women who eat large amounts of red meat more than once a week have a 50% chance of dying from heart disease and have a higher cancer rate.
Of course, I advocate a complete vegan diet to further reduce your risk of heart disease, but nonetheless, I'm happy to hear this in mainstream media.
